Rebrand

Rebrand is an improv team that met one year ago, in a fateful UCB 101 class. We’re a storytelling-focused team that loves forms like the Slacker, Monoscene and Pretty Flower!

Homegirls in Outer Space

Ashlei Theárd and Mattia Day are two best friends who bonded over their love for comedy and improv. Born and raised in South Central LA, these two are no stranger to the stage. They also perform with their improv team; Chugga Chugga at Mi’s Westside Comedy Theater, The Clubhouse, the SF Sketch Fest, Art Bar and many more. After being exposed to so many great duo improv teams, it only made sense for these two to come together to create Homegirls in Outer Space. The show starts by getting a suggestion from the audience and jumps right into a montage where you will see these Homegirls create fun and dynamic characters. They are not afraid to break out in song, dance, or reveal some important truths. Get to know these Homegirls as they take you on a journey thats outta this world!
