Resident teams are a great way for your improv team to get regular, consistent stage time, and get paid doing it.

If selected as a Resident Team, you will perform bi-weekly, on Monday nights, for a 3-months term.

All teams receive a 50/50 split of the box office revenue for their show (after the first 8 tickets sold, to cover the cost of operating the room).

Next Round of Auditions:Sunday, June 15th (ALL DAY) *possible additional dates based on turnout*

Submission Deadline: June 2nd, EOD

Lineup Announcement: June 4th

Start of Resident Term: June 30th

*Each performer may audition with no more than two teams

* In order to offer stage time to as many performers as possible, we accept a maximum of two 2-person teams each term

Please note that a team is a group of people, who plan to consistently perform together, should they be selected for a residency.

If your submission does not align with this, it is not a fit for our residency program. Instead, check out our pitch a show option.

how does it work?

Your team will perform a 15 minute set in front of a panel of judges and live audience. YES! There will be an audience vote, so please encourage friends/family/strangers to come support your team! The teams with the highest scores from our judges will become resident teams, and so will the two teams with the highest audience votes.

Show lineups will be randomly selected and announced in the days prior to auditions. Please make sure you are able to make yourself available for whichever time your team is scheduled to audition.

If your team is selected to join our theater as a Resident Team, you 3 month term of shows will start once the current term has ended.
