Open mic & improv jam
Tuesdays @ 10pm
- The open mic starts at 10PM every Tuesday. (Get to the theater by 9:45!)
- Tickets are $2 and if you wish to perform, you’ll be given a slip.
- Write your name on the slip and drop it in the bucket onstage.
- Typically 40-50 comics show up and 20-25 names are selected up-front to perform that night.
- Those selected will then be brought up in random order over the next 2 hours.
- Each comic gets 3 minutes.
- No rape jokes, no threats of violence, and treat the staff with respect!
Most Saturdays @ 6pm
A slotted open mic for female and nonbinary comics most Saturdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm. (All are welcome)
- Sign up sheet goes live every Wednesday @ 11am
- $5 for 5 mins, purchase your ticket, then click HERE to sign up on slotted
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance of slotted time. Talent please try to stay for the entire time

The Jam is a supportive and super fun environment, whether you want to try improv for the first time or hone your skills, anyone who puts their name in the bucket will be invited up in small groups to play improv scenes or games.
No improv experience necessary to participate, and all are welcome! Join us!
Cost $2. Current Westside Comedy students and Resident Team members get in free!
