Narrative Musical Improv (Level 3)
In this class we will explore the components of an improvised musical narrative as well as different narrative forms. We will focus on strong protagonist and antagonist scenes to help us establish a solid foundation for our narrative. We’ll also work on approaches to improvising in a narrative style without becoming plotty. We will work on enhancing our songs and learn additional ways of expanding our musicality throughout the set.
