Satire Sketch Writing or How I Learned to Love What I Hate
Dates: May 2nd & 9th
Saturdays 2-5pm
Everything is horrible right now. We’re all trapped in doors. Politics are toxic. The environment is burning. People suck… Which makes this the perfect time to write some SATIRE! You’ll be using the tried and true method of examining all that irks you, pissed you off and makes you scream and expose it through… wait for it… love. We’ll spend the first class learning about satire and how to write it. The second class we will bring in actors to read your drafts and then work on rewrites. Join is for one long bitch session that’ll result in a piece of finely crafted comedy!
